Ideas to Transform your Church or Chapel ....

If you are looking for ways to transform your church or chapel for your wedding here are a few simple inspirational ideas.
By adding some simple touches to pews or chairs along the aisle can really set the atmosphere for the ceremony.

Single flowers or small posies attached with a satin ribbon can transform any pew

Draping Ribbon along the edge of the pews

I really like this idea of silver pails with posies of flowers hung with ribbon

You really cannot go wrong with organza sashes along the aisle, finished with elegant white flowers always gives a clean and classic look

Perfect for a country themed wedding

Lanterns hung along the aisle on organza with strategically placed blooms looks beautiful

These arrangements placed on the floor look so elegant

Why not add some Ivy or greenery? I love the way the ivy trails to the floor, it really
compliments the posies

Tiffiny Blue - Colour Inspiration

Tiffiny Blue Colour Theme

This Colour and Theme exudes a simple, but classic elegance. By teaming the colour with whites & silver it will give a fresh feel to any venue or reception. As you can see from the photograph above the effect of blue lighting alongside the other reception decor combined it can create a stunning effect.

Why not use inspiration from the 50's era.  Tea length dresses for the bridesmaids, favours inspired by the popular Tiffiny blue boxes & co-ordinate the groom and groomsmen with matching Tiffiny Blue Ties or cravats.

Step into Spring

With us about to step into spring, I thought we could take a look at inspiration for our Spring brides.
More and more brides are choosing to get married in the springtime instead of the summer, which as a whole can have added benefits. Brides who marry in March, April and May often save more money as the competition for venue's and Suppliers is not as high. Typically in the UK most brides do choose to go for summer weddings because of the weather and our unpredictable summers.

Yellow is probably the first colour people think about when you speak about a Spring wedding. Yellow is traditionally a colour of happiness and new beginnings.

I think alot of brides would not think of going anywhere near a yellow colour as a theme for their big day, but there are more shades of yellow than you may have imagined. You do not have to go for bright and bold yellow, you can of course go for a softer option or a more mustard yellow.
If Yellow is not your colour then soft pastels always go down well.

Springtime lends itself to lots of wonderful flowers, daffodils and tulips are an obvious choice, yellows and whites a perfect combination.

Ideas for Table Centrepieces or general decoration, why not add a little easter flavour too?

I love the simplicity of these

When it comes to favours here are a few ideas

Inspiration for Autumn / Fall Celebrations

The magnificent colors of Autumn are inspiration enough for any wedding. Reds, golds, oranges, browns, and greens can be incorporated in just about every aspect of the wedding including the flowers and bridesmaid dresses.

A harvest theme, "Fall in Love" leaf motif, or a fall fruit such as ripening apples can also provide a great base for an Autumn inspired wedding. When it comes to the reception decorations or centerpieces, focus on nature's abundance and utilize things leaves, pumpkins, berries, apples,
and wheatsheafs.

Why not add a soft heather colour to the mix

Autumn Wedding Inspiration

With the nights getting colder and drawing in it is plain to see that Autumn is fast approaching.

Burnt orange, rustic browns, deep reds, forest greens are perfect colour themes for an
 Autumn/Fall wedding.

With halloween also around the corner here are some fun ideas for your special day

Pumpkins are great, you can be creative and personalise them

I really love this idea for place settings

What about toffee or covered apples as favours for your guests?
